Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a Sky Wallet account and use the service. By creating an account you agree to use Sky Wallet in the way described here.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register with, and for keeping your account details up to date.

Keep your password and your one-time sign-in codes private. Do not share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Sky Wallet.

A Sky Wallet account lets you hold a USD balance and balances in the digital assets we support, request a deposit address for a supported network, convert between USD and supported assets, request withdrawals, follow market prices, and contact support.

Your account is funded by depositing a supported digital asset to an address we allocate to you. Your balance changes only once a deposit has been confirmed. Funding requests submitted while other funding methods were available are unaffected, and remain visible in your account.

You can convert between your USD balance and any supported asset. Each conversion shows the amount you will receive before you confirm it. Prices move, so the amount shown applies to that conversion at that moment and is not a guarantee of any future price.

Deposit addresses are issued to your account for a specific asset and network. Send only that asset, on that network, to the address you were given. Anything sent on a different network or in a different asset may not be recoverable.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before they are processed. You are responsible for the destination address you provide; a transfer sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.

Prices and changes shown across Sky Wallet are supplied by a third-party market data provider and are shown for reference. They are not an offer, a quote, or a promise that a transaction will complete at a particular price.

Digital assets can lose value, and their value can change quickly. Sky Wallet does not offer investment advice and does not promise any return. Only hold what you are prepared to risk.

Do not use Sky Wallet for unlawful activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use another person's account.

We may restrict access to parts of your account where that is needed to protect your account or the service, or while we review activity. If a restriction applies, you will see a message explaining the current status, and our support team can tell you what is needed to resolve it.

We aim to keep Sky Wallet available, but the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Features may change as the service develops.

The Sky Wallet name, its interface and its content belong to Sky Wallet. You may use them only as part of using the service.

You can ask us to close your account by contacting support. We will explain what needs to happen to any remaining balance before an account can be closed.

If we change these terms, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
