How we protect your account
The measures below are in place today, alongside the steps you can take yourself. No service can remove every risk, and we describe what we actually do rather than making guarantees.
Signing in
Your account is protected by your password and a six-digit code sent to your verified email address each time you sign in. Confirming your email address is part of creating an account, and the same route is used if you ever need to recover access.
Your password is never stored in a form anyone at Sky Wallet can read.
Who can see your account
Your balances, activity and support conversations are visible only to you and to the Sky Wallet team members authorized to assist you. Access is checked on our servers on every request, so it can never be granted by anything your browser claims.
Reviewing money movement
Funding requests and withdrawals are reviewed by our team before they are processed, and each step is recorded. Sensitive actions inside Sky Wallet are limited to the people authorized to perform them.
If activity on your account needs a closer look, we may temporarily limit parts of it while we review. You will see a message explaining the status, and support can tell you what is needed.
What we never ask for
Sky Wallet will never ask you for your password, a one-time code, a private key, a seed phrase or a recovery phrase — not by email, not in a support conversation, and not by phone. Anyone who does is not from Sky Wallet.
Protecting your own account
- Use a strong password you do not use anywhere else.
- Check the website address before you sign in.
- Never share your password or a one-time code with anyone.
- Sign out when you finish on a shared or public device.
- Keep the email address on your account current and secure.
- Double-check a destination address before you withdraw — a transfer sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed.
Report something suspicious
If you notice activity you do not recognise, or receive a message you believe is not from us, open a support request from Help & Support straight away. For everyday questions about using your account, see the Help Center.
