Answers to the everyday questions about using your Sky Wallet account.
Create your account
Start at registration with your email address. We will send you a message to confirm the address before your account is ready to use.
Sign in and account access
Use Log in with your email and password, then enter the six-digit code we send you. If you cannot remember your password, start at Forgot password.
Receive a deposit address
For supported digital assets you can request a deposit address for the network you want to use from Deposit. Send only that asset, on that network, to the address you were given — anything sent on a different network may not be recoverable.
Convert between USD and digital assets
Open Convert to exchange between your USD balance and any supported asset. You will see the amount you receive before you confirm, and your balances update as soon as it completes.
Request a withdrawal
From Withdraw, choose the asset and network, enter your destination address and amount, and submit. We review each withdrawal before it is processed, and you can follow its progress in your account. Check the destination address carefully — a transfer sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed.
Balances and account activity
Your balances are shown on Assets, and every funding request, conversion and withdrawal appears in Transactions.
Supported assets and market prices
See the assets and networks we support on Supported assets, and review Fees before you transact. Market prices are shown for reference and are not a quoted price for any transaction.
If your account is restricted
You will still be able to sign in and will see a message explaining the current status. Our support team can tell you what is needed to resolve it. Keeping your account details current helps reviews finish sooner.
Contact support
Signed-in customers can open a support request, or raise a question about a specific transaction, from Help & Support. Each request is tracked so you can follow our replies in one place. Sky Wallet will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or a recovery phrase — in a support message or anywhere else. Read our security guidance for more.
